The House

The house was built in the 70s into the top of a hill. The shape of the landscape and the position of the house allow for uninterrupted views of the sea, town and the hills.

At over 2500 Sqft this large 4 bedroom house provides plenty of space to relax in and is perfect for families or groups with large communal areas.

The main living room has windows on 3 sides lettings lots of light in and allowing for stunning coastal views. Large enough for a full size grand piano, two 4-seater sofas and a dining table. We’ve got top of the range speakers, wireless music system, a 55″ smart TV and for those who prefer a break from all the hi-tech we’ve got a record player with some classic vinyls!

The Kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large fridge/freezer, dual over, electric hob and dishwasher. All pots and pans you can think of are here for those who like to cook. There is a dining table that can easily seat 8 and again there are stunning views out to the sea so that even doing the washing up doesn’t feel like a chore.

Also on the ground floor there is a family bathroom with shower and bath, a snug with TV and sofa, a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and space to store bikes, surfboards etc

Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, the master has a 6ft superking and en-suite shower room, large windows look out to the sea. There is a double again with a large window where you can see the sea and gull rock from your bed and a single bedroom making for a perfect child’s room with a window framing the coast below. The final bedroom is a twin room with two singles which can be configured as a superking bed if required.
